Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Cancellation

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract clearly (e.g., by email or post) at:

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs for a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Returning Goods

You must return the goods immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from notifying us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
