Right of withdrawal

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Cancellation
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Anvira, owner Jyoti Avinash Magdum, Arnulfstr. 7, 89231 Neu-Ulm, Tel: +49 15 25 786 2393, E-Mail: mailanvira@gmail.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by post or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notice of your cancellation.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately, and in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
