Thank you for shopping with Anvira! We strive to provide you with an outstanding shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to return an item, please refer to the following guidelines for a smooth process.

Right of Return
You have the right to return products within 14 days after receiving the delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition.
  • The original packaging must be intact and returned with the item.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from returns unless they are defective or faulty upon arrival.

Refund Policy
Upon receiving and inspecting the return, you will receive a confirmation via email. The refund will be processed within 14 days after the return is received, provided all conditions are met. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

If the return does not meet the conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply a deduction.

Shipping

  • Deliveries within Germany are handled by Deutsche Post/DHL and include tracking.
  • Shipping costs are included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
  • The delivery time is specified in the respective product description. For orders with multiple items, the shipping time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
  • The shipping time begins upon receipt of payment.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at mailanvira@gmail.com or by phone at +49 152 54372196 with your order number and photos of the damage. We will offer you a refund or a free replacement.

Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
