Right of Return

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in perfect condition.
  • The original packaging is intact and returned with the item.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from returns unless defective or faulty upon delivery.

Refund Policy

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will confirm the receipt via email. Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method, provided all return conditions are met.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a reasonable deduction.

Shipping

  • Deliveries within Germany are handled by Deutsche Post/DHL and include tracking.
  • Shipping costs are included in the product price unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery times are specified in the product description. For multiple items, shipping is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
  • Shipping time begins upon receipt of payment.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not possible. To obtain a different item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
